Tem a op\u00e7\u00e3o de indicar uma percentagem ou uma permilagem, como por exemplo, 100\/1000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Existem dois tipos de regras de divis\u00e3o de taxas de servi\u00e7os:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>regra de reparti\u00e7\u00e3o geral<\/strong> \u00e9 para os <strong>gastos adicionais partilhados por todos os locat\u00e1rios<\/strong>. Esta pode ser inserida quando as unidades s\u00e3o ligadas ao edif\u00edcio;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 poss\u00edvel entrar <strong>m\u00faltiplas regras de fracionamento espec\u00edficas<\/strong> para os <strong>gastos que digam respeito a apenas alguns locat\u00e1rios<\/strong> (elevador, \u00e1gua, limpeza\u2026). As regras de divis\u00e3o adicionais devem ser introduzidas no separador Fracionamento das taxas de servi\u00e7o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao adicionar um im\u00f3vel, no separador \u201cPropriedades\u201d, pode escolher a regra de fracionamento geral para os encargos gerais de servi\u00e7os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No separador \u201cRegras de fracionamento das taxas de servi\u00e7os\u201d, tem a oportunidade de adicionar v\u00e1rias regras de divis\u00e3o, dependendo do tipo de taxas espec\u00edficas (elevador, limpeza, \u00e1gua, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n<h3>Adicionar um encargo recuper\u00e1vel<\/h3>\n<p>Ao criar um encargo recuper\u00e1vel, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel inserir as seguintes informa\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Montante recuper\u00e1vel pelo locat\u00e1rio,<\/li>\n<li>Per\u00edodo,<\/li>\n<li>Regra de fracionamento da taxa de servi\u00e7o (se tiverem sido configuradas regras de divis\u00e3o espec\u00edficas).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A regra de divis\u00e3o da taxa de servi\u00e7o selecionada ser\u00e1 usada para calcular o montante rateado durante a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rentila.pt\/support\/archives\/2799\">reconcilia\u00e7\u00e3o de despesas do inquilino<\/a>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Defini\u00e7\u00e3o das regras de fracionamento das taxas de servi\u00e7os Pode adicionar v\u00e1rias propriedades associadas a um edif\u00edcio e especificar a regra de divis\u00e3o para a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de taxas de servi\u00e7os.
